Beef Or Ham Salad Sandwich With Tangy Mustard Dressing

Ingredients
  Diced cooked beef/Ham / pork / chicken 4 Ounce, diced (1 Cup)
  Carrot 1 Small, peeled and shredded (1/2 Cup)
  Reduced-calorie mayonnaise 3 Tablespoon
  Sweet gherkins 2 Tablespoon, chopped (About 2 Pieces)
  Dijon mustard 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Bottled horseradish 1 Teaspoon
  Pumpernickel slices/Whole-wheat bread 4
Directions

ln a small bowl, combine the beef, carrot, mayonnaise, gherkins, mustard, and horseradish.
Spread each of 2 slices of the bread with half of the mixture, then top with the remaining bread and cut in half.
