Mango Salad

Ingredients
  Mangoes 2 Large
  Fine sugar 45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoons)
  Cottage cheese 375 Milliliter (1 To 1 1/2 Cups)
  Raspberries 375 Milliliter (1 1/2 Cups)
  Lime juice 2
Directions

Using sharp knife, run blade around mangoes against the large flat pit.
Peel one half and slice flesh in wedges.
Repeat for other side.
Place all wedges in bowl; add lime juice and sugar.
Marinate 30 minutes.
Scoop cottage cheese onto dessert plates or in bowls.
Surround with mangoes and top with raspberries.
