Hot Chicken Salad

Ingredients
  Fryer chicken 2 Large, boiled, boned and skinned
  Sliced celery 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Hellmann's)
  Hard-boiled eggs 3 , cut up
  Water chestnuts 1 Can (10 oz), drained and sliced
  Sliced pimientos 4 Ounce (1 Small Jar)
  Cream of mushroom soup 1 Can (10 oz)
  Potato chips 11 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Large Bag)
Directions

Saute celery and onion in butter until tender.
Cut chicken in small pieces.
Spread 1/2 crushed potato chips in bottom of pan.
Mix all the ingredients together and put over the crushed chips.
Cover with the remainder of crushed chips and bake at 350° for 1 hour in 10 x 14-inch pan.
