Zucchini Salad

Ingredients
  Young zucchini 1 Pound (3 Small)
  Scallions 3 , finely chopped
  Snipped dill weed 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Dried oregano 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Plain yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

1. Wash the zucchini and dice very fine. Put in a salad bowl with the scallions, dill, parsley, and oregano.
2. Combine the yogurt, lemon juice, and honey and pour over the zucchini. Toss to mix well. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or longer before serving.
