Western Salad With Croutons

Ingredients
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), peeled and halved
  Salad oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Iceberg lettuce head/Romaine lettuce / both 2 Small
  Grated parmesan cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Blue cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), crumbled
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Egg 1
  Lemon juice 3 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Croutons 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

Soak garlic in salad oil for 1 hour.
Break up lettuce and put in salad bowl, and sprinkle with Parmesan, blue cheese, salt and pepper.
Drizzle oil, then break egg over lettuce.
Add lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce.
Toss.
Add croutons, and toss lightly.
