Ingredients
  Cantaloupe 1 Large, cubed or made into melon balls
  Grated swiss cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs), or cubed
  Raisins 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sunflower seed kernels 3 Tablespoon
  Watercress sprigs 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Lemon juice/Homemade 1 Tablespoon
  Honey yogurt dressing 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

1. Combine the melon, cheese, raisins, and sunflower seed kernels.
2. Arrange the watercress on 2 salad plates. Pile the melon mixture on top of the watercress. Sprinkle with juice or dressing.
