|Sunflower seed kernels||3 Tablespoon|
|Watercress sprigs||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Lemon juice/Homemade||1 Tablespoon|
|Honey yogurt dressing||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1. Combine the melon, cheese, raisins, and sunflower seed kernels.
2. Arrange the watercress on 2 salad plates. Pile the melon mixture on top of the watercress. Sprinkle with juice or dressing.
