Macaroni Salad is a simple dish with the goodness of carrots and eggs, can be prepared in a few minutes.
12 Ounce (1 Packet)
2 Cup (32 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
1 Cup (16 tbs)
Hard boiled egg
1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Breaded pickled spear
1 , diced
1 , grated
In a pan with salted boiling water, boil the macaroni for about 8-10 min or as per packet directions.
In a bowl, add the mayonnaise, egg, milk, black pepper, breaded pickled spear, little juice from the pickle and mix well.
When the pasta is done, drain and stir in the grated carrots, pour the sauce mixture into the hot pasta and mix well.
Serve with a grilled cheese sandwich.
