Turnip Radish And Romaine Salad
|Grated raw turnip||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Thinly sliced celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Thinly sliced radishes||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Shredded romaine lettuce||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|White vinegar||2 Tablespoon|
|Fresh pepper||To Taste|
Combine turnips, celery, radishes, and romaine in a large bowl.
Blend oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper together.
Pour over salad.
