Chicken Salad

Ingredients
  Plain yogurt 1⁄2
  Homemade mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Snipped dill weed 2 Tablespoon (Fresh)
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cooked diced potatoes 3 Cup (48 tbs) (Hot)
  Diced cooked chicken 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Meat)
  Cooked peas 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Diced cooked carrots 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Drained capers 2 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Combine the yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, dill, parsley, salt, pepper, and potatoes in a medium-sized bowl. Set aside until the potatoes are at room temperature.
2. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Use as a sandwich filling, salad on lettuce, or to stuff tomatoes.
