Ingredients
  Iceberg lettuce 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Torn leaf lettuce 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Torn fresh spinach 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Cucumber 1 Medium, sliced
  Carrots 2 , sliced
  Celery ribs 2 , sliced
  Broccoli florets 6 , sliced
  Cauliflowerets 3 , sliced
  Radishes 6 , sliced
  Green onions 4 , sliced
  Fresh mushrooms 5 , sliced
  Vegetable oil 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Red wine vinegar 6 Tablespoon (1/4 Cup Plus 2 Tablespoons)
  Grated parmesan cheese 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Dried oregano 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dried basil 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

In a large salad bowl, toss the greens and vegetables.
Cover and chill.
Combine all dressing ingredients in a blender; process for 30 seconds.
Pour into a jar with tight-fitting lid; chill for at least 30 minutes.
Shake dressing before serving; pour desired amount over salad and toss.
