Black Walnut Salad Dressing
|Dijon mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|Walnut oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Olive oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Red wine vinegar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped black walnuts||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Fresh pepper||To Taste|
Put the mustard, salt, pepper, and vinegar in a small bowl.
Whisk to mix.
Add the oils gradually while whisking.
Fold in walnuts.
Pour over salad greens.
