Shrimp And Honeydew Salad

Ingredients
  Shrimp 1 1⁄2 Pound, cooked and deveined (F Long, Cut Into Thirds; If Small, Leave Whole)
  Sliced celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Honeydew melon 1 , cut into melon balls
  Homemade mayonnaise 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sour cream 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Boston lettuce 4
  Watercress 1
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Combine shrimp, celery, and lemon juice.
Refrigerate.
Just before serving, drain off liquid.
Combine shrimp and melon balls.
Add mayonnaise, sour cream, salt, and pepper.
Toss lightly with a fork.
