Egg Salad Filled Pita

|Hard cooked eggs||4 , chopped|
|Homemade mayonnaise||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Curry powder||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Onion||1 Tablespoon, grated|
|Chopped parsley||2 Tablespoon|
|Diced peeled cucumber||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Whole wheat pita||4 , cut in half|
|Alfalfa sprouts||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1. Combine eggs, mayonnaise, curry, onion, salt, parsley, and cucumber in a medium-sized bowl. Mix well.
2. Fill the pita pockets with the mixture. Top with the sprouts.
