Egg Salad Filled Pita

Ingredients
  Hard cooked eggs 4 , chopped
  Homemade mayonnaise 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Curry powder 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Onion 1 Tablespoon, grated
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Diced peeled cucumber 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Whole wheat pita 4 , cut in half
  Alfalfa sprouts 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

1. Combine eggs, mayonnaise, curry, onion, salt, parsley, and cucumber in a medium-sized bowl. Mix well.
2. Fill the pita pockets with the mixture. Top with the sprouts.
