Radish Salad

  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1 Teaspoon
  Dijon mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Wine vinegar 1 Teaspoon
  Shortening 2 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Watercress 1 Bunch (100 gm) (Small)
  Iceberg lettuce head 1⁄2
  Red radishes 1 Bunch (100 gm)

Combine salt, garlic powder, Dijon mustard, vinegar, liquid shortening, and lemon juice in screwtop jar.
Shake to blend.
Coarsely chop watercress, lettuce and radishes; place in salad bowl.
Add dressing; toss to blend.
