Avocado Pink Grapefruit And Orange Salad

Ingredients
  Ripe avocados 2 , peeled, pitted and cut into eighths
  Pink grapefruit 1 Large, peeled and opened into 14 sections
  Oranges 2 , peeled and opened into 16 sections
  Watercress 1 Bunch (100 gm)
Directions

Arrange the slices of avocado, grapefruit, and orange alternately on individual plates.
Tuck watercress leaves on each.
Sprinkle with mint if you like.
Pass the cruets of oil and vinegar.
