Pasta Salad With Avocado Dressing

Ingredients
  Lean ham 1⁄4 Pound (Unsliced)
  Celery stalks 3
  Tomatoes 2 Medium
  Pasta shells 1⁄2 Pound
  Avocado 1
  Mayonnaise 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Cider vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Dijon mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

1 Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
2 Meanwhile, cut the ham, celery and tomatoes into 1/2-inch cubes.
3 Add the pasta to the boiling water and cook until al dente, 10 to 12 minutes or according to package directions.
4 Meanwhile, make the dressing: In a medium bowl, mash the avocado with a fork. Stir in the mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper.
5 Drain the pasta, rinse it under cold running water and drain well. Transfer the pasta to a large serving bowl.
6 Add the ham, celery and tomatoes to the pasta and toss gently. Add the dressing and stir gently to evenly coat the ingredients.
