Orange Spinach Salad
|Russian dressing||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Featherweight)|
|Orange marmalade||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Featherweight)|
|Mandarin oranges||10 1⁄4 Ounce, drained (Featherweight)|
|Spinach leaves||12 Ounce, cleaned and torn|
|Unblanched almonds||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), sliced|
Mix dressing and marmalade in a bowl; add oranges.
Cover and chill 1 hour.
Combine spinach, almonds and fruit dressing in a salad bowl; toss gently.
