Thai'd Up Tomato Salad

This is an easy Thai'd up salad. Thai salads (Yams) are usually the hottest part of a Thai meal, but you can tame this salad by controlling the amount of minced chiles used. For more gorgeous foodie photos http://www.flickr.com/photos/fotoosvanrobin/
Ingredients
  Heirloom tomatoes 4
  English cucumber/Asian cucumber 1⁄2
  Stockton red onion 1
  Red bell pepper To Taste
  Avocado 1
  Coriander 1 Tablespoon
  Lime juice 1
  Light soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Fish sauce 1 Tablespoon (Nam Pla)
  Date palm sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Cut up vegetables, remove cilantro leaves from stems

Mix dressing ingredients

Toss cubed tomatoes, cucumbers, and avocado plus cilantro in bowl.
