Jello Cottage Cheese Salad

Ingredients
  Boiling water 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Green pepper 2 Tablespoon, grated
  Onion 2 Tablespoon, grated
  Carrot 3 Tablespoon, grated
  Whipped cream/Cereal cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salad dressing 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cottage cheese 1⁄2 Pound, mashed fine
  Finely chopped celery 2 Tablespoon
  Horseradish 1 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Dissolve jello in boiling water.
2. Add pepper, onion, and carrot.
3. Whip cream.
4. Add cream, dressing and cheese and-combine well.
5. Stir in oelery, then pour into a prepared mold.
6. Place in refrigerator.
