|Sliced green onions||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (Including Some Of The Tops)|
|Sliced radish||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Creamed cottage cheese||1 Pint (2 Cups)|
|Commercial sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||2 Teaspoon|
|Freshly ground pepper||To Taste|
|Paprika||1 Teaspoon (For Garnish)|
|Parsley||1 Teaspoon (For Garnish)|
In a bowl combine sliced spinach, sliced cucumbers, onions, and radishes; toss together lightly.
Arrange on 4 individual salad plates or in wooden salad bowls.
In center of each serving, place a mound of cottage cheese.
Blend together sour cream, lemon juice, salt, and pepper, and pour over the salads.
Sprinkle top of each salad with a little paprika and chopped parsley, if you wish
