Ingredients
  Macaroni 500 Milliliter (2 Cups)
  Celery 125 Milliliter, diced (1/2 Cup)
  Carrots 125 Milliliter, grated (1/2 Cup)
  Green pepper 1 , diced (Green Or Red)
  Green onions 3 , chopped
  Sweet gherkins 125 Milliliter, diced (1/2 Cup)
  Green peas 125 Milliliter, drained (1/2 Cup)
  Mayonnaise 125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Prepared mustard 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Lemon juice 1⁄2 Tablespoon (Juice Of 1/2 Lemon)
  Hard boiled egg 1 , sliced
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

–  In a large saucepan filled with lightly salted boiling water, cook macaroni for 10 minutes. Rinse under cold running water and drain. Pour macaroni into a large salad bowl. Add other salad ingredients except for hard-boiled egg, and set aside.
–  In a small bowl, combine all dressing ingredients. Coat macaroni mixture with dressing. Garnish with hard-boiled egg slices.
