Tropic Mango Salad

Ingredients
  Sliced mango 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Banana slices 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Orange sections 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lettuce leaves 6
  Lime juice 3 Tablespoon (Juice Of 1 Lime)
  Honey 2 Tablespoon
  Salad oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Maraschino cherries 6
Directions

Place fruit in mixing bowl and chill.
Blend lime juice with honey, then add salad oil and salt.
Pour over fruit and mix gently so as not to break the fruit.
Place lettuce leaves in individual salad bowls and fill with fruit.
Pour extra dressing over top, garnish with cherry and serve chilled.
