Layered Spinach Salad
|Refrigerated cheese tortellini||9 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Shredded red cabbage||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Torn fresh spinach||6 Cup (96 tbs)|
|Cherry tomatoes||2 Cup (32 tbs), halved|
|Sliced green onions||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Ranch salad dressing||8 Ounce (1 Bottle)|
Cook tortellini according to package directions.
Drain and rinse with cold water; set aside.
In a large glass bowl, layer cabbage, spinach, tortellini, tomatoes and onions.
Pour dressing over top; sprinkle with bacon if desired.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour
