Easy Chicken Salad
|Finely chopped celery||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sweet relish||2 Tablespoon|
|Finely minced onion||1 Tablespoon|
|Dijon mustard||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Black pepper||To Taste|
|Cooked and cubed chicken||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Combine all ingredients except chicken and salad greens in large bowl; mix well.
Stir in chicken.
Cover; refrigerate at least 1 hour.
