Healthy salad made with grated vegetables.
Ingredients
  Grated carrot 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Grated radish 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Boiled grated beetroot 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Fresh lemon 1 , juiced
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Iodized salt To Taste
  Ground black pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Tomato slices 6
  Cucumber slices 6
  Onion slices 6
  Lemon 1⁄2 , cut into quarters
Directions

Mix grated carrot, radish and beeroot. Mix them well.

Season the salad with lime juice, sugar, salt and ground black pepper. Mix well.

Garnish with sliced tomatoes, onion, cucumber and lemon.
