Red Spinach Salad

Ingredients
  Spinach 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Tart apples 2 Medium, chopped
  Red onion 1⁄2 Small, sliced
  Chopped fresh tarragon 2 Teaspoon
  Chopped walnuts 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon yogurt dressing 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Tear the spinach into bite-size pieces and place in a serving bowl with apples.
Toss to combine.
Separate the onion slices into rings and arrange on top of the salad.
Sprinkle with the tarragon and walnuts.
