Red Spinach Salad
|Spinach||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Tart apples||2 Medium, chopped|
|Red onion||1⁄2 Small, sliced|
|Chopped fresh tarragon||2 Teaspoon|
|Chopped walnuts||1 Tablespoon|
|Lemon yogurt dressing||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Tear the spinach into bite-size pieces and place in a serving bowl with apples.
Toss to combine.
Separate the onion slices into rings and arrange on top of the salad.
Sprinkle with the tarragon and walnuts.
