Roasted Red Pepper Salad

Ingredients
  Roasted sweet peppers 7 Ounce, drained and cut into thin strips (1 Jar, Red Colored)
  Stalk celery 1 , sliced
  Olive oil/Salad oil 2 Tablespoon
  Red wine vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped parsley 1 Teaspoon
  Capers 1 Teaspoon, drained
  Sugar 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Thyme leaves 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Lettuce leaves 6
Directions

1.In medium-sized bowl, combine peppers and remaining ingredients except lettuce leaves, tossing to mix well. Line plate with lettuce leaves; spoon pepper mixture onto lettuce.
