Brown Rice Vegetable Salad are delicious as they always have been. Brown Rice Vegetable Salad have always remained one of my favorite salads and I also enjoy them very much. Prepare it today!
Ingredients
  Brown rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Frozen whole kernel corn 10 Ounce (1 Package)
  Frozen peas 10 Ounce (1 Package)
  Olive oil/Salad oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Wine vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dill weed 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Lettuce leaves 4
Directions

1. Prepare brown rice as label directs.
2. Meanwhile, prepare frozen corn and frozen peas as labels direct; drain.
3. In large bowl, with wire whisk or fork, mix olive oil and next 4 ingredients. Add brown rice, corn, and peas; toss to coat well with dressing. Cover and refrigerate mixture at least 1 hour to blend flavors.
