Brown Rice Vegetable Salad
|Brown rice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Frozen whole kernel corn||10 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Frozen peas||10 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Olive oil/Salad oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Wine vinegar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Dill weed||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
1. Prepare brown rice as label directs.
2. Meanwhile, prepare frozen corn and frozen peas as labels direct; drain.
3. In large bowl, with wire whisk or fork, mix olive oil and next 4 ingredients. Add brown rice, corn, and peas; toss to coat well with dressing. Cover and refrigerate mixture at least 1 hour to blend flavors.
