Camnellini Chef S Salad

Ingredients
  Canned progresso cannellini beans 40 Ounce (Two 20 Ounce Cans)
  Olive oil 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Wine vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Oregano leaves 2 Teaspoon, crumbled
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Ground black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Torn iceberg lettuce 3 Quart
  Sliced ham 1⁄4 Pound, slivered
  Sliced salami 2 Ounce, slivered
  Mozzarella cheese 1⁄4 Pound, slivered
  Sliced roasted peppers 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Drain cannellini beans thoroughly.
Meanwhile, in a medium bowl mix together oil, vinegar, garlic, oregano, salt and black pepper.
Stir in cannellini beans.
Place lettuce in a very large bowl.
Spoon beans in a circle close to side of bowl.
Arrange ham, salami, cheese and roasted peppers in any desired pattern over the lettuce.
Toss just before serving
