Ham And Cheese Rice Salad

Try out this Ham and Cheese Rice Salad when you are really really hungry ! With dilled mayonnaise and vegetable garnish, this cheesy meat accompaniment is a rage with my kids ! If you want to know why, just taste this Ham and Cheese Rice Salad just once !
Ingredients
  Frozen peas 10 Ounce (1 Package)
  Boiling salted water 1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs)
  Pre cooked rice 1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs) (Packaged)
  Mayonnaise 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Chopped dill pickle 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Grated onion 1 Teaspoon
  Lettuce 1
  Slivered swiss cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Slivered cooked ham 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Tomato slices 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Add peas to the boiling water; cover and cook until water boils again.
Stir in rice.
Cover, remove from heat, and let stand 10 minutes.
With a fork, mix in mayonnaise, dill pickle, and grated onion.
Chill thoroughly.
At serving time, arrange in 4 to 6 individual casseroles edged with crisp lettuce, or pile into a lettuce-lined bowl.
Top salads with slivers of Swiss cheese and ham.
Garnish with tomato slices.
Offer additional mayonnaise.
