Orange Vinaigrette Grilled Chicken Salad
|Prepared fat free red wine vinaigrette salad dressing||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Lemon pepper seasoning||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Boneless, skinless chicken breast halves||1 Pound|
|Romaine lettuce||1 Bunch (100 gm), torn|
|Canned mandarin oranges||11 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Chopped vegetables||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Use Fresh)|
Whisk together salad dressing and Lemon Pepper Seasonings
Reserve 3/4 cup mixture.
Brush chicken with remaining 1/2 cup dressing mixture.
Grill, turning and brushing occasionally, until chicken is no longer pink in center, about 15 to 20 minutes.
Cut chicken into strips.
