I make this Kiwi Lime Chicken Salad often. I promise you will be surprised after you taste this Kiwi Lime Chicken Salad. You must try this!
Ingredients
  Diced cooked chicken 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Cooked brown rice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sunflower oil 2 Tablespoon
  Lime juice 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Honey 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Turmeric 1 Dash
  Kiwi fruit 1 , peeled and sliced
  Mint sprig 1 (For Garnish)
Directions

Place the chicken and rice in a large bowl.
Combine the oil, lime and lemon juices, honey, mustard, and turmeric in a small bowl or jar with lid.
Stir or shake until well combined.
Pour the dressing over the chicken and rice and toss to combine.
Add the sliced kiwi fruit and toss again, gently.
Chill, if desired, before serving.
