Chicken Curry Salad
|Cooked chicken/Turkey||5 Cup (80 tbs) (In Large Pieces)|
|Grated onion||2 Teaspoon|
|Celery||1 Cup (16 tbs), cut in diagonal pieces|
|Green pepper||1 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped|
|Light cream||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Mayonnaise/Salad dressing||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Curry powder||1 Teaspoon|
Combine the chicken with onion, celery, and pepper.
For the dressing, mix cream with mayonnaise, salt, pepper, curry, and vinegar.
Add dressing to the chicken and toss lightly.
Refrigerate until time to serve.
Arrange the salad in a serving bowl or on individual plates; surround with crisp salad greens.
