Broccoli Cauliflower Salad

Ingredients
  Broccoli 5 Pound, cut in florets
  Cauliflower 5 Pound, cut in florets
  Green onions 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs), thinly sliced
  Mayonnaise 6 Cup (96 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Bacon 2 1⁄2 Pound, sliced cooked and crumbled
  Cheddar cheese 1 1⁄2 Pound, cubed
Directions

In a large bowl, combine broccoli, cauliflower and onions.
Combine mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar; pour over vegetables 1 hour before serving.
Chill, just before serving, add bacon and cheese; toss
