Ingredients
  Tomato 1 Small, thinly sliced
  Hard cooked egg 1 , sliced
  Leaf lettuce 4
  Olive oil/Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 4 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Seasoned salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground mustard 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Hot pepper sauce 2 Drop
Directions

On a salad plate or in a bowl, alternate tomato and egg slices on lettuce.
In a small bowl, whisk remaining ingredients until smooth.
Pour over salad and serve immediately
