Vegetable Cheese Salad

Ingredients
  Shredded cheddar cheese 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Cucumber 1 Medium, chopped
  Tomato 1 Medium, seeded and chopped
  Green onion 1 , thinly sliced
  Chopped green pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped sweet red pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Lime juice 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Dijon mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dried basil 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dried marjoram 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

In a bowl, combine cheeses, cucumber, tomato, onion and peppers.
In a small bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon and lime juice, garlic, mustard and seasonings; mix well.
Pour over salad and toss to coat.
Chill for 1 hour.
