Harvest Moon Salad

Ingredients
  Tomatoes 4 Large, thinly sliced
  Red onion 1 Medium, thinly sliced
  Watercress 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), minced
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Tomato vinaigrette 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Place the tomato slices in a serving dish.
Layer the onion slices over the tomato slices and sprinkle with the watercress.
Mix the garlic with the dressing.
Pour over the salad.
Refrigerate, covered, for about 2 to 4 hours or overnight.
Toss before serving.
