Harvest Moon Salad
|Tomatoes||4 Large, thinly sliced|
|Red onion||1 Medium, thinly sliced|
|Watercress||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), minced|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Tomato vinaigrette||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Place the tomato slices in a serving dish.
Layer the onion slices over the tomato slices and sprinkle with the watercress.
Mix the garlic with the dressing.
Pour over the salad.
Refrigerate, covered, for about 2 to 4 hours or overnight.
Toss before serving.
