Mix Veg Garden Salad

Ingredients
  Boston lettuce 1⁄2
  Romaine lettuce 6 Large
  Shredded red cabbage 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sweet red pepper 1⁄2 , cut lengthwise into thin strips
  Zucchini 1 Small, sliced
  Carrot 1 Small, sliced
  Chopped dill 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 4 Tablespoon
  Rice vinegar 4 Tablespoon
  Basil 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Thyme 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Tear the Boston and romaine lettuces into large bite-size pieces.
Place in a large salad bowl.
Add the cabbage, peppers, zucchini, carrots, and dill.
In a small jar, combine the lemon juice, vinegar, basil, thyme, and mustard.
Shake well and pour over vegetables.
Toss well.
