Roasted Tomato And Mozzarella Pasta Salad

Roasted tomato and mozarella pasta salad is a lovely vegetable pasta salad. Made with fresh roasted tomatoes, bell peppers and mozarella cheese cubes that melt in your mouth, I prefer this pasta salad made with rotelle pasta. Dressed with red wine vinaigrette and seasoned to taste, it is a great side for any meal.
Ingredients
  Corkscrew pasta 8 Ounce (Uncooked)
  Chopped green bell pepper 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Mozzarella cheese 4 Ounce, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
  Chopped sweet red onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Bottled red wine vinaigrette salad dressing 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Directions

Cook pasta according to package directions; rinse and drain.
Place in large bowl.
Cut Roasted Fresh Tomatoes into chunks; add to pasta along with green pepper, mozzarella cheese, onion, salt and black pepper.
Add salad dressing; toss to coat.
