Roasted Tomato And Mozzarella Pasta Salad
Roasted tomato and mozarella pasta salad is a lovely vegetable pasta salad. Made with fresh roasted tomatoes, bell peppers and mozarella cheese cubes that melt in your mouth, I prefer this pasta salad made with rotelle pasta. Dressed with red wine vinaigrette and seasoned to taste, it is a great side for any meal.
|Corkscrew pasta||8 Ounce (Uncooked)|
|Chopped green bell pepper||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Mozzarella cheese||4 Ounce, cut into 1/2 inch cubes|
|Chopped sweet red onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Ground black pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Bottled red wine vinaigrette salad dressing||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
Cook pasta according to package directions; rinse and drain.
Place in large bowl.
Cut Roasted Fresh Tomatoes into chunks; add to pasta along with green pepper, mozzarella cheese, onion, salt and black pepper.
Add salad dressing; toss to coat.
