Molded Cranberry Salad
|Strawberry gelatin||60 Ounce (10 Package)|
|Boiling water||5 Quart|
|Canned whole berry cranberry sauce||160 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Cold water||5 Cup (80 tbs)|
|Canned crushed pineapple||100 Ounce, undrained (Five 20 Ounce Cans)|
|Canned mandarin oranges||75 Ounce, drained (Five 15 Ounce Cans)|
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Break up and stir in cranberry sauce; mix well.
Stir in cold water; mix well.
Chill until partially set.
Fold in pineapple with liquid and oranges.
Coat five 13-in.x 9-in.x 2-in.pans with nonstick cooking spray; pour about 11-1/2 cups gelatin mixture into each.
Chill until firm, about 4 hours.
