Fresh spinach salad with red wine vinaigrette dressing is a mixed salad. Made with bacon and eggs along with sliced mushrooms, this flavorful spinach salad is tossed with a wine vinaigrette dressing. Crunchy with the taste of bacon and eggs to it, the fresh spinach salad is game for any meal.
|Spinach leaves||1⁄2 Pound, torn into pieces|
|Hard cooked eggs||2 , peeled and chopped|
|Bacon slices||6 , cooked and crumbled|
|Sliced mushrooms||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Red wine vinaigrette||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (With Cabernet Sauvignon Dressing)|
In large salad bowl, gently toss together all ingredients except dressing; chill.
Toss with dressing just before serving.
