Ziti Salad

I am posting this Ziti Salad to let other people in on a great recipe. This Ziti Salad is fast and easy. Good one to try!
  Macaroni 16 Ounce (1 Package)
  Green pepper 1 Medium
  Red pepper 1 Medium
  Mayonnaise 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Milk 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Prepared mustard 3 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 5 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Basil 1 Teaspoon

1. Prepare ziti as label directs; drain. Mean while, cut peppers into 1/4 inch-wide strips.
2. Prepare dressing: In large bowl, mix mayonnaise, 3/4 cup milk, and remaining ingredients.
3. Add ziti and pepper strips to dressing; gently stir until coated.
