Two Bean & Rice Salad

Ingredients
  Chilled cooked rice 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Canned pinto beans 15 Ounce, drained, rinsed (1 Can)
  Canned black beans 15 Ounce, drained, rinsed (1 Can)
  Frozen peas 10 Ounce (1 Package, Thawed)
  Celery 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
  Chopped red onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Canned diced green chili peppers 9 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Snipped cilantro/Parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Garlic dressing/3/4 cup bottled italian salad dressing 1 Tablespoon
Directions

1 In a large bowl combine rice, beans, peas, celery, onion, chili peppers, and cilantro. Pour dressing over rice mixture; toss to coat. Cover; chill until serving time or for up to 24 hours.
