|Sugar replacement||1 Teaspoon|
|Boiling water||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Cranberries||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
|Apple||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
Dissolve gelatin and sugar replacement in boiling water.
Cool to consistency of beaten egg whites.
Grind orange (with peel) and cranberries; combine with celery and apple.
Fold into gelatin mixture.
Pour into mold or serving bowl.
Chill until firm.
