Apple Beet Salad
|Sweet pickle relish||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Sliced green onions||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Cider vinegar||2 Tablespoon|
|Diced peeled apples||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Diced pickled beets||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
In a bowl, combine the first seven ingredients.
Gently fold in apples and beets.
If desired, serve on a lettuce-lined plate and top with chopped egg.
