Old Fashioned Potato Salad

Old Fashioned Potato Salad was one of the greatest ways I discovered to make a salad. I still love myself for making this Old Fashioned Potato Salad. Start away immediately!
  Real mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Hellman's Or Best Foods)
  Minced onion 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  White vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Hard-cooked eggs 2 , chopped
  Potatoes 3 Pound, cooked, peeled, cubed
  Sliced celery 2 Cup (32 tbs)

In large bowl stir together mayonnaise, onion, vinegar, salt, pepper and eggs.
Add potatoes and celery; toss to coat well.
Cover; refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
If desired, sprinkle with paprika.
