Maude S Green Salad
|Iceberg lettuce head||1⁄2|
|Boston lettuce head||1⁄2|
|Romaine lettuce head||1⁄2|
|Low calorie italian dressing||5 Teaspoon|
|Parmesan cheese||1 Teaspoon|
Rinse and crisp the salad greens.
Break iceberg lettuce into bite-size pieces.
Carefully pat iceberg dry on towel.
Place in large plastic bag.
Add 1 T. (15 mL) Italian dressing.
Shake lightly until all leaves are covered.
Place in strip on medium platter or plate.
Repeat with each green.
Sprinkle lighdy with Parmesan cheese.
