Dill Cucumber Salad

Ingredients
  Cucumbers 5 Medium, peeled and thinly sliced
  Onions 1 1⁄2 Medium, thinly sliced and separated into rings
  White wine vinegar 6 Tablespoon (1/4 Cup Plus 2 Tablespoons)
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sugar 4 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Minced fresh dill/1 1/2 teaspoons dried dill 4 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Place the cucumbers and onions in a shallow dish. Combine the dressing ingredients in a small bowl, and pour over the vegetables. Toss to mix well.
2. Cover the salad and chill for several hours or overnight, stirring occasionally, before serving.
