Golf Juan Salad

A tasty and easy salad with ravioli.
Ingredients
  Ravioli 250 Gram (e.g. ricotta and spinach)
  Buffalo mozzarella 250 Gram
  Tomatoes 2
  Avocado 1
  Heart salad 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Pine seeds 1 Tablespoon
  Shallot onion 1
  White wine vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Extra virgin olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Dijon mustard 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Boil the ravioli and cool it down
Make a vinaigrette by chopping the shallot, and mixing in 1 spoon of dijon mustard, 1 spoon of vinegar and 4 spoons of olive oil in a small bowl
Dice the vegetables and put in the cooled ravioli and mozzarella.
Mix in some pine seeds
Blend in the vinigrate
