Cucumber Salad With Yogurt
|Cucumber||1 , peeled, finely sliced|
|Stalk celery||1 , diced|
|Carrot||1 , peeled, grated|
|Plain yogurt||60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)|
|Lemon juice||1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)|
|Chopped parsley||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
|Celery seeds||1 Tablespoon|
|Tomatoes||2 , cut into wedges|
– In a large salad bowl, combine cucumber, celery and carrot and set aside.
– In a small bowl, combine yogurt, lemon juice, parsley, pepper, and celery seeds.
– Spread lettuce leaves on a serving dish with vegetables in the middle. Coat with yogurt dressing. Decorate with tomato wedges.
